At last , after three weeks of hard study of a 700 pages book , i got certified. The certificate title is "Apple Certified Support Professional 10.6" , the certificate demonstrates the ability of troubleshooting different Mac OS x 10.6 issues; example of which are : User permissions , File Access and Sharing, network services diagnostics, system/software deployment , and other local administrative tasks . My intentions behind being certified , is the need to support mac users in the university i work for currently , as well as a CV boost ( the very least , i will have the plus of "mac advanced knowledge" ). Praying for success in the future.
